The Meadow Creek PR72GT Gas Pig Roaster Trailer is a premium, commercial-grade propane pig roaster built for mobile, high-capacity BBQ cooking. Easily roast a whole pig up to 325 lbs (live weight) without a rotisserie, using its advanced indirect heat system for even, consistent results. This versatile gas pig cooker also handles low and slow smoking with ease, accommodating up to 44 pork butts or 60 whole chickens with the optional second-tier grate. Add a wood chip tray or charcoal insert to achieve rich, smoky BBQ flavor.
Mounted on a durable trailer frame, the PR72GT pig roaster is ready to roll for catering, festivals, and large events. It features a 2″ ball hitch, heavy-duty wheel jack, rubber torsion axle, and flush-mount LED lights. Propane-fired with dual shut-offs and a thermo-coupled pilot, it ensures safe, reliable operation. Gas tank optional for flexible setup.
