The Forno Galiano French Door Gas Range combines professional-grade cooking performance with elegant French door styling in both 30-inch and 36-inch configurations. Designed with durable stainless steel construction, these gas ranges feature sealed burners delivering powerful cooking performance for boiling, searing, simmering, and everyday meal preparation. The 30-inch model offers five sealed burners with 68,000 BTU total output, while the 36-inch version features six burners with 83,000 BTU output. Continuous cast iron grates provide excellent cookware stability and smooth movement across the recessed black enamel cooktop for easier cleanup and maintenance.
The spacious convection ovens deliver fast, even heat distribution for baking, broiling, and roasting. Unique French oven doors provide easier access and save kitchen space when opened. The 30-inch oven offers 4.32 cu. ft. capacity, while the 36-inch model expands to 5.36 cu. ft. for larger cooking needs. Premium features include black enamel interiors, halogen oven lighting, reversible griddle, wok support, air fryer kit, and LP conversion capability.
