The Forno Galiano Dual Fuel Range series, available in 36-inch, 48-inch, and 60-inch sizes with black and white finish options, delivers professional-grade performance with bold commercial styling. Built with stainless steel construction and antique brass accents, these ranges combine a powerful gas cooktop with a precision electric convection oven. The cooktop features sealed Italian-style burners delivering up to 83,000 BTU on the 36-inch model, 107,000 BTU on the 48-inch model, and 142,000 BTU on the 60-inch model, supported by continuous cast iron grates for stability and smooth cookware movement.
Each unit includes a spacious electric convection oven designed for even heat distribution in baking, roasting, and broiling. The 48-inch and 60-inch models feature dual ovens for increased cooking flexibility, while all sizes include black enamel interiors, halogen lighting, and LP conversion capability.
